International Returns Policy
Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in 100% original condition with all tags attached. We do not accept items with makeup stains, deodorant marks, or smells.
Rejected Returns: If an item does not meet our condition, we cannot issue a refund, and it will be sent back to you at your cost.
Return Shipping: Customers must pay for return shipping. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking. We are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
No FedEx: We do not accept FedEx. Any package sent via FedEx will be rejected and sent back to you.

Customs Form: Please write “Returned Goods” clearly on the parcel and customs forms to avoid delays or extra fees.
Deduction Fees:
Restocking Fee: 5 usd per item will be deducted from your refund (covers cleaning, repacking, and handling).
Customs / Taxes: Any tax fees from incorrect customs forms will be deducted from your refund.
Refused Delivery: If you reject the delivery, all return fees will be deducted from your refund.
Original Shipping Fee: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. You may choose to receive a refund to your original payment method or store credit.

Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unscented, and in their exact original condition with all original tags attached. We cannot accept returns showing any signs of wear, including makeup or deodorant stains, or body odor.

Non-Eligible Returns: If a returned item does not meet the criteria above, a refund will not be issued, and the item will be shipped back to you at your expense (60 THB return shipping fee).

Return for Store Credit: Free return shipping and no restocking fees. We recommend choosing store credit if you wish to exchange for another size, color, or style.

Refund to Original Payment Method: Subject to a 60 THB return shipping fee and a 100 THB restocking fee per item, which will be deducted from your total refund.

Initial Shipping Fees: Non-refundable under all circumstances.

Restocking Fee Coverages: The restocking fee covers inventory management, quality inspection, professional dry cleaning/steaming, repackaging, and labor.

Return Authorization Window: Items must be shipped back within 7 days after your return request is approved.
