To request a return, please follow the prompts. If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, contact us at Mistystorage@gmail.com with images of the fault. All claims need to be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Once you’ve submitted your return request, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 2 business days of receipt and you’ll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.
WE DO NOT ALLOW RETURNS FOR THE FOLLOWING:
-Products received without authorisation.
-Products purchased on markdown or final sale.
-Underwear, lingerie, or swimwear bottoms (including one pieces and sets).
-Garments that have inbuilt underwear sewn into them.
-Products received in a condition other than their original condition.
-Products without their tags attached.
-Products that appear worn, smell of perfume, smoke, deodorant or body odour.
-Products that are marked or damaged in any way, that includes, deodorant and makeup.
-Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded.sale item cannot be refunded or exchange
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged .
Shipping returns
If you’re an THAILAND customer and returning for a store credit, we’ll cover your shipping costs! Rest of world customers need to arrange postage at their own cost. Please note, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered returned parcels.
